Using this site - ADA Accessibility

We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. Sales will begin on Tuesday, January 13, at 8am CT / 9am ET. After you click on your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes. During the presale, you can purchase up to 4 VIP tickets per order. Once the public on sale begins, that limit increases to 6 VIP tickets per order. Travel packages are limited to 2 per order.

Are these packages all ages?

There is no age limit to see Chris Stapleton!

Please note that if you purchase a travel package, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the travel package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Our VIP Packages 

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my package?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout, pending availability. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event but do not include assigned seating. You may be directed to a specific area to sit or stand, but no individual seats are reserved. VIP Packages include early entry, giving GA guests first access to the venue before the general public.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

Purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

Is parking included with the VIP packages?

VIP packages do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.

Our Travel Packages

How to purchase a travel package on Ticketstoday

Start at chrisstapleton.100xhospitality.com and click the [Buy Now] button next to the travel package you want. This takes you to the corresponding Ticketstoday package page.

On the package page, choose the number of guests you’re purchasing for (the quantity represents the total number of guests, not the number of packages), and click Add Event. Your package is secured as soon as you complete this step.

Note: When you press the “+” button, the quantity will automatically match the number of passes included in the package.
(Example: A travel package that includes 2 tickets to see Chris Stapleton on X date  will display a quantity of 2.)

Once the items are in your cart, you have 10 minutes to complete checkout.

No Ticketstoday account is required. We recommend using the email associated with your Ticketmaster account so your tickets can easily be added to your Ticketmaster mobile wallet once they are released.

You can pay in full or use the 60/40 payment plan (no additional fee).

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. About two weeks before the show, purchasers will receive a ticket-claim link. If you used the same email tied to your Ticketmaster account, your tickets will load directly into your Ticketmaster mobile wallet.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before February 20, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.

Is there a payment plan for travel packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on February 20, 2026. If you purchase after February 20, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I complete the final payment early?

If you purchase prior to February 20, 2026, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the February 20 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.

Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?

Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday ([email protected]), for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.

What happens if I miss the second payment?

You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

How many rooms are included in my travel package?

All travel packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

How will I know where my seats will be at the show?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select General Admission or Premium Reserved tickets during the purchase process. If you select Premium Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and in your purchase confirmation email.

How and where will I receive my tickets for the show?

All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.

If you experience any issues accessing your tickets there will be friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff at each hotel on check-in day to assist with any questions.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?

If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, February 20, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.

To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:

  • Purchaser name and email
  • Order number and package type
  • New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number

Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.

Important:

  • The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
  • Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
  • Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable HERE. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue HERE.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
