Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

Can I acquire accessible seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request when emailing us.

Our VIP Packages 

How do I place my order?

All All-American Road Show VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale starting Tuesday, January 14, at 10 AM (local venue time), requiring a password for purchase. The public on-sale begins Friday, January 17, at 10 AM (local venue time).

To purchase, select your desired package type next to the date, city, and venue on our homepage. You will then be redirected to our ticketing partners to complete your order.

How can I get a presale access code?

In order to participate in the artist presale on Tuesday, January 14, at 10 AM (local venue time), secure the presale code by signing up for Chris Stapleton’s fan club on his website. A presale code will be emailed to you.

Do the Single Barrel and Small Batch VIP Experiences have an age restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Single Barrel VIP Experience?

Yes! Guests will have the opportunity to select either a premium reserved seat or a GA Pit / Floor ticket depending on the venue.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. The GA ticket included in the Single Barrel Experience is GA Pit/ Floor which is closest to the stage or in the Small Batch Experience, the ticket is GA Lawn, which is on the lawn behind the seats in the amphitheater. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue for GA Pit and GA Lawn which allows GA guests to have first access to the pit or lawn.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your premium reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

VIP purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

When will I receive information about the Single Barrel Experience and Small Batch Grass Pass check-in?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 

How will I receive my merchandise included in my package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the VIP packages?

Single Barrel and Small Batch VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking and details.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Some venues on this tour have no-bag policies or clear bag policies, so be sure to check your local venue’s website for more information on their bag policy and details.

Is there a VIP ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a four (4) ticket limit for the presale and six (6) ticket limit after the public on-sale for VIP packages

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP package?

All 100x VIP packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The travel package price listed on our website shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before Friday February 14th, 2024, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do the Chris Stapleton Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Do the Chris Stapleton Travel Packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Chris Stapleton Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the concert (see exact dates below). When purchasing your package, you can choose your ticket type: Premium Reserved seats, General Admission (GA), or an enhanced Single Barrel VIP Experience. The VIP option includes your choice of Premium Reserved or GA tickets, along with all VIP amenities.

Is there a payment plan for these Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, February 14th, 2025. If you purchase after February 13th, 2025, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase prior to Friday, February 14th, 2025 and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the February 14th, 2025 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. 

If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the Travel Package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package experience?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy, which is subject to change:

New York, NY – Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel

  • Check In: 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 24th
  • Check Out: 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 26th

Denver, CO – Kimpton Hotel Monaco Denver

  • Check In: 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 21st
  • Check Out: 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 23rd

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the hotel’s website for parking information.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their convenient proximity to the venue. 

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package.

I purchased a travel package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package requests must be submitted to 100x two (2) weeks prior to your check-in date.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your travel package in order to have the package holder information updated. Please contact us HERE with all of the information below prior to your show’s deadline with the request – requests are not guaranteed.

Once you have notified us by the deadlinethe new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package!

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise gifts and show tickets) and cannot be separated.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE. All requests must be submitted to 100x by the respective deadline.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
